		<description>Thanks for this posting, it just cannot be said enough! I also teach a class on babywearing and really only recommend the tummy to tummy position. The only exception I make is for active nursing and then only for moms who cannot yet nurse baby in upright position. Once baby is finished with active nursing the baby should be brought back to the upright position.  The only other thing that should be noted is that not all carriers who place baby in an upright tummy to tummy position are created equal.  Only those carriers that promote proper hip development should be used, particularly as the hips turn form cartilage to bone.  Which means to stay away from Baby Bjorn/Snugglie type carriers.</description>
